Freshfield has appointed Matthew Reed as account manager from Lotus Cars.

Matthew formerly worked on a diverse range of internal and external communications for the iconic range of Lotus sports cars and led the communications strategy for the world-renowned engineering consultancy Lotus Engineering. His role also included media relations, newsletters, events and digital marketing.

Matthew has also worked as group marketing manager for Desira Group plc motor organisation and as advertising trade adviser for Archant Media. 

For Freshfield, he will be working on a range of business to business, education and consumer projects. 

Matthew said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Freshfield at such an exciting time and I’m looking forward to the challenge of developing with a growing consultancy at this important time in my career.”
