Freshfield appointed to deliver brand communications campaign for Stanley Land and Homes

Freshfield has been appointed by award-winning housing provider, Cheshire-based Stanley Land and Homes, to deliver a brand communications campaign. 

We were initially appointed by Stanley to undertake a Fresh Eyes consultancy project – a process that led to the development of a more powerful verbal identity and new website. 

Our team will now work with Stanley to tell the story of the company’s work to deliver vital new affordable housing in partnership with registered providers across the North of England.

Tasked with bringing clarity Stanley’s narrative, Freshfield worked with the senior team to develop a new verbal identity for use with clients and professional partners and across all marketing channels. 

This process included a name change from Stanley Investments to Stanley Land and Homes, better reflecting the direction and purpose of the company while ensuring familiarity for existing clients. The new website displays the refreshed identity as well as the wider social, economic and environmental benefits the company delivers through its work. 

For the next phase, Freshfield is providing strategic PR and communications support across media relations, content marketing and social media management. 

Stanley is an established land buying and development company, that helps registered providers deliver vital new affordable homes in locations such as Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire. The company was awarded ‘SME of the Year’ at the 2023 Northern Housing Awards.
