Simon and Rhys join our branding and design team
We’re pleased to welcome two new recruits to our branding and design team with Simon Wilson and Rhys Leeds joining us.
Simon, pictured right, joins Freshfield from branded footwear firm Jacobson Group where he worked on design projects for classic British trainer and sportswear brand Gola.
Rhys was previously a freelance designer and also worked on a number of road safety campaigns for Lancashire Partnership for Road Safety.
Our managing director, Simon Turner, comments: “The world of design continues evolving and today’s designers need a vast array of skills, including a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and moving images.
“Simon and Rhys bring to Freshfield an abundance of creative capabilities as well as a commitment to excellent client service.”
Simon and Rhys will work on design and branding projects for clients including Lancashire County Council, MHA Moore and Smalley, Mulbury, North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, Nurtur Student Living and UCLan.
More about Simon:
Simon is a keen scuba diver having trained as an advanced diver while backpacking in Australia and Thailand. In his spare time, he makes hand-crafted geometric artwork using shoelaces and eyelets – check out some his work on Instagram. He’s also an avid architecture and Grand Designs fan and hopes one day to design and build his own home.
And more on Rhys:
When not designing, Rhys spends most of his time producing electronic music and DJing at venues in Preston and Manchester. With a keen eye for photography and a passion for discovering new places, he loves exploring with his camera in tow.
