We have represented Preston City Council and Preston Partnership on its £200m Harris Quarter Towns Fund Investment Programme, which has been enabled by Preston’s £20.9m Town Deal.

As part of the communications programme, we work to specific guidelines set out by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.

In 2021, we also launched the Harris Quarter Towns Fund Investment Programme with the unveiling of a new Wallace and Gromit bench by its creator Nick Park. This high-profile media launch secured worldwide media attention.
