European Freeze Dry asked Freshfield to build its brand across Europe, promoting the benefits of its technology and products to food manufacturers and consumers.
Our strategy was to position its staff as unrivalled experts in their field, highlight its new product development and reach new customers with its consumer brands.
We worked with key food industry media to own the space in freeze dried food in Europe, talking about the latest trends, products and insights affecting the food industry, generating media coverage and building digital links.
By filming a range of colourful recipe videos, we were able to bring the products to life, whilst running media, partner and social media campaigns to grow a new fanbase for the freeze dried food brand.
Teaming up with influencers, bloggers and media partners, we generated over 100 pieces of media coverage to a combined audience of over three million people. Our dedicated social media campaigns generated more than 250,000 engagements, growing followers by up to 224 per cent and increasing product sales by over 20 per cent.
