Freshfield, in partnership with Lancashire County Council, has landed three awards at the 2014 CIPR North West PRide Awards.

The event saw Freshfield scoop the Silver award in the Integrated, Corporate & Business, and Public Sector categories for its campaign for the £7.2million Lancashire Business Growth Hub.

Journalist and broadcaster Nina Warhust hosted the event at Manchester’s Midland Hotel.

Simon Turner, managing director of Freshfield, said: “There is quality throughout every category so the team is rightly proud to have scooped three Silver awards.

“A huge thanks must go to Lancashire County Council for giving us the opportunity and being an excellent partner.”

Abi Whitfield, the chair of CIPR North West, said: “Yet again we have seen a significant increase in the quality and quantity of entries coming through.

“The CIPR North West PRide Awards are the most prestigious regional PR awards in our calendar, so it is great to see so many people coming together to celebrate the best of the North West’s talent and campaigns.”
