Freshfield is proud to have been shortlisted for a top sector marketing award for one of the North’s biggest digital and creative business awards.
We’ve been nominated for Best Property and Construction Campaign at the 2025 Prolific North Marketing Awards.
The nomination is for our work with housebuilder Breck Homes. Our targeted ‘Trust Breck’ campaign has helped Breck grow its reputation as a trusted affordable housing developer.
Our campaign cut through by securing high-profile national media coverage, helping forge relationships with decision-makers and landowners, and driving significant growth across Breck’s owned channels.
Breck has grown significantly over the past year, expanding into new regions and developing increasingly larger schemes. This has brought increased scrutiny from local authority planning teams, residents and other stakeholders and our campaign also helped Breck retain and develop its strong reputation through pro-active media relations activity.
Our PR and communications director Joel Durkin, who has helped lead the campaign with Breck, comments: “We’re really proud of how we’ve been able to work in partnership with Breck to help it achieve significant growth in its profile and reputation.
“The campaign has achieved some impressive evaluation metrics but, for us, the biggest impact has been the great feedback Breck has had from its property sector peers, and crucially, the impact this is having in creating financial and economic growth through new housing and employment opportunities.”
Andy Garnett, founder and director of Breck, adds: “Freshfield’s campaign has consistently delivered impressive results in the media and through our own channels and this has really supported our growth over the past year.
“The increased profile has helped to start new conversations as well as strengthening our relationships with current clients and partners by showcasing the scale of our development activity, our values and expertise as an organisation.”
