Our brief
Freshfield has provided PR and communications support to Bolton at Home over several years. Reporting to the Head of Communications, Freshfield offers valuable support and guidance to help Bolton at Home proactively manage communications around key issues, as well as providing a reactive media office service to respond to media enquiries.
What we delivered
We help Bolton at Home produce content tailored to a range of different stakeholders, including customers, staff, councillors, MPs, and the media. We have supported Bolton at Home on its communication around a diverse range of issues, from new build and stock investment programmes, to cost of living and financial inclusion support for customers.
