Our brief

Freshfield has provided PR and communications support to Be One Homes over several years. Reporting to the Head of Communications, Freshfield offers valuable support and guidance to help Be One Homes proactively manage communications around key issues, as well as providing a reactive media office service to respond to media enquiries.

What we delivered

We help Be One Homes produce content tailored to a range of different stakeholders, including customers, staff, councillors, MPs, and the media. We have supported Be One Homes on its communication around a diverse range of issues, from new build and stock investment programmes, to cost of living and financial inclusion support for customers.
