Stanley Land and Homes is a leading affordable housing developer that specialises in turning disused sites into quality homes. Stanley works with registered providers across northern England and the Midlands to provide them with viable, de-risked sites that can create sustainable, thriving communities.

Our brief

Stanley Land and Homes wanted to present a clear and unified message to its audiences in the housing and property community, significantly growing its profile in the sector and engaging with key decision makers.

What we delivered

Our first project with the Stanley leadership team involved a Fresh Eyes Strategy workshop. This led to a brand repositioning exercise and Stanley adopting ‘Land and Homes’ as part of its identity. This helped audiences better understand the comprehensive land and planning service it provided to clients. We supported the roll-out of this new identity across a wide range of marketing assets, including a new website, which better communicated Stanley’s purpose and values.

After helping shape a new PR and communications strategy, we embarked on an intensive six-month PR campaign to help Stanley gain visibility with its audiences in the housing sector, and the wider land and property community. This involved communicating regularly about Stanley’s new housing developments through earned and owned media channels.

Impact

Our work has assisted Stanley in reinforcing its message among the affordable housing community. This has included significantly increased engagement levels and followers on LinkedIn, particularly with senior housing sector development professionals and the wider property ecosystem.
